Building Upgrade Finance funded upgrades to Warrnambool’s City Central Motel and Apartments – adding a 20-kilowatt photovoltaic array, water tanks, double glazing and insulation. Motel owner Linda Close said the outcome will provide more comfort for guests, with the added benefits of a reduced environmental impact and lower operating costs.
